Internationally known business men and women have written a number of books on how to become successful. Books by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki (author of the Rich Dad and Poor Dad) have been read by many, loved by many as well as hated. Hated mostly for the fact that they don’t contain any specific
know-how most of us would love to see. General information – that’s all what they are offering, nothing useful, just a combination of their personal opinions about something they think now that they are rich. Or is it?
Another wave of books on how to become rich are extremely specific know-how’s that describe what those people have done step by step. If you have bought a few, then you have already long ago come to the conclusion that most of them have just been written to pump the money out of you, most of them are scam. And the others...while there definitely have been books that really guide you through the whole journey, in most cases – that’s really just the way THEY managed to become successful. Or did they really? If you start thinking about it then if their methods really are reusable and so profitable as they claim they are, why the hell would they write a book about it rather than reuse it again and again all by themselves. Well, unless their
know-how is about how to sell their books. You could say they are just great people who want YOU to succeed as well, but...now how many such people have you actually met in your life?
People are not so altruistic. Imagine yourself in their shoes. If you had the know-how, would you use it? Or would you share the knowledge in the knowing that any
know-how that is being used too much becomes a no-how. Even if you would share your such knowledge with someone you would set two restrictions for yourself. The first one would be to only share the knowledge with your close friends. The second one would offer the same to a broader audience only with the difference that even though you claim you’d give the people the full know-how, you actually don’t. Actually there could be a third version as well – people sharing the knowledge only with a limited group, but this already goes to the catoegory of really expensive multiple-month seminars that can’t be considered books anymore.
Specific
know-how books very often also contain references to a lot of other books, systems and know-hows, if in ebook, then usually coded with their own referral links so that they could earn even more money off you. That’s the actual way they have become successful – selling products, co-products and keep you paying for something month by month. They are great salesmen, that’s what they actually are great at doing. That’s their actual
know-how that they usually don’t talk about much.
