Often, different spots in the same business have different values. Eg take a river – it’s always the same river, but the value varies in different locations, locations like ford, bridges, and nice beaches. Or take producing books – the publishing agency without Stephen King is not that good. Stephen King is important, not definitely the publishing agency.

money flows is totally different story. How much
money is made in a company, is often influenced only buy a few key players like sales people, the ones who set the price, inventors, and project managers.
So make sure you put your main attention to the main areas or people.
